Ingrid and I are headed to Cairo, the interior of Egypt via the Nile, Mt. Sinai, and the Red Sea for a couple weeks of Middle Eastern/African adventure. This time I'm leaving the hiking boots behind for more comfortable attire, yet the famed safari-vest may rear its ugly head.
